1. Production & Processing Time
Each Runystore piece is a work of art. To ensure the highest quality, we follow strict processing schedules:
- Handmade / Customized Products: Requires 5-7 business days for production due to the complex, multi-stage batik and wax-dyeing process.
- In-Stock Products: Processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
*Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Times & Global Delivery
We partner with premium tracked carriers (Yanwen,YunExpress,USPS, and Local Postal Services) to provide reliable global delivery from our Ganzhou studio:

3. Free Shipping Thresholds
We are pleased to offer Free Tracked Shipping based on the following minimum order values:
- Orders Over $80: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and SE Asia.
- Orders Over $120: EU Core (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Middle East.
- Orders Over $150: Northern Europe (Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark).
*For orders below these thresholds, exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
4. International Customs, VAT & Duties
FOR USA, UK & EU CUSTOMERS (2026):
For orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and EU, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping in most cases, meaning import VAT and customs duties are typically included in the final checkout price. Following 2026 reforms, this includes the mandatory U.S. Section 122 surcharge and EU flat-rate duties. Generally, customers are not required to pay additional fees upon delivery. However, in rare cases, administrative fees may be applied by local authorities.
FOR OTHER REGIONS:
Shipments to non-EU regions (e.g., Brazil, Mexico) may be subject to local import taxes. For Brazil, a valid CPF number is mandatory for customs clearance. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- 24-Hour Window: You may modify or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
- Customization Labor Recovery Charge: After 24 hours or once production has started, a $20 modification/cancellation fee will be applied to cover labor and material costs already committed.
6. Tracking, Damages & Issues
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once shipped. Track My Order
Transit Damage: If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Custom/personalized items are final sale. Read Refund Policy
