We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
- All original tags and packaging must be attached.
- Batik tools and art pieces must show no signs of wax residue or usage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Specifically made for you.
- Final Sale Items: Marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damages, Defectives & Exchanges
Damaged During Transit:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Standard Exchanges:
For size or color exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back and the shipping cost of the new replacement item.
