Absolutely. Every Batik piece and Silver artifact is 100% handcrafted by senior Miao artisans. We bypass middlemen to ensure that the cultural integrity and the artisans' wages are fully protected.

What is the difference between your Batik and mass-produced prints?

Unlike digital prints, our Batik uses natural indigo dye and bee-wax resist techniques. You can smell the faint botanical aroma of indigo and see the unique "ice cracks" in the patterns, which are the hallmark of authentic hand-dyeing.

What is "Miao Silver"?

Miao Silver is a traditional ethnic alloy prized for its malleability, allowing for incredibly intricate filigree work. Each piece is hand-forged and drawn into threads finer than human hair.

How do I care for my Batik textiles?

Batik is best kept out of direct sunlight to prevent natural indigo fading. For cleaning, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water without harsh detergents, or professional dry cleaning.
